Digital product
The eBook is a digital PDF that is available to download immediately after payment. Because it cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are generally final.
When we will refund you
We will give a full refund if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment), or
- your payment was successful but you could not access or download the eBook, and we are unable to fix this within 7 days of you contacting us, or
- the file you received is damaged or cannot be opened, and we are unable to send you a working copy.
How to request a refund
Email msmproptech@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your payment ID and the reason for your request.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount.
Cancellation
Because the eBook is delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful. If your payment failed but money was debited, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider; if not, contact us with your payment ID.
